Our work is about building relationships. Being a small firm, we only work with a small number of clients at a time, which allows us to devote our full attention to each client. Currently, we are devoting most of our time to a commercial project, DrScore.com.
DrScore.com is a site which allows patients to provide feedback on physicians anonymously. The goal of the Drscore.com site is to provide a mechanism to change healthcare. These ratings become public information that can be viewed by other patients, empowering patients to be able to find physicians that provide the highest degree of patient services. The site also provides patient advocacy information as well as links to other patient resources. As a separate initiative to further improve healthcare, DrScore.com provides satisfaction services to physicians, providing them with detailed reports on patient responses.
